The hotel had clean and big rooms with a downside of limited space for luggage. The service provided by the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel has good air conditioning in the rooms, which were nothing fancy with no windows and felt really claustrophobic, but in a nice way. The service understood our situation, was AMAZING, so helpful and able to answer every question except for one girl with black hair. The location is calm and pleasant, a block in a residential area slightly odd off a main road. The dining is really good and abundant but not included in the overall price. The facilities may need improvement in maintenance and detail.
